The Bourne has a meaning ‘destination’. A meeting place for good times, great meals, and an experience that feels relaxed, consistent, and worth returning to.
The idea was always simple: to create a restaurant built around quality food, great service, and attention to the details that make a difference.
We want people to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, whether you’re here for dinner, drinks or that special occasion – we pride ourselves on providing an experience that makes everyone feel totally satisfied.

Seasonal, British, and Locally Sourced
We care about where our ingredients come from. Where possible, we work with local suppliers and support British farmers, choosing produce and meat we trust, including high-class prime-grade British beef and pork from Boxley’s of Wombourne.
For seafood, we source fresh fish from Brixham through our local supplier, bringing the best of the coast straight to the kitchen. All complemented by a wine list sourced with local merchant Tanners, chosen to sit comfortably alongside the food.
Our food is simple, honest and thoughtfully prepared – built around flavour rather than pretence.

We are passionate about cooking over charcoal – It brings a depth of flavour you can’t replicate any other way, and adds something a little extra to the ambience.
From the grill, we serve carefully chosen cuts, simply seasoned and perfectly cooked.
