After weeks of teasing what’s been happening behind the scenes, we’re finally ready to share the news…

Our brand-new Chef’s Specials launch on Tuesday 16th June.

Our kitchen team has been busy developing a selection of seasonal dishes designed to sit alongside your favourite Bourne classics, giving you even more reasons to return and try something new.

And if this week’s line-up is anything to go by, you’re in for a treat.

Introducing This Week’s Specials

Chateaubriand for Two

A true showstopper designed for sharing.

Our Chateaubriand for Two (minimum 450g / 16oz) is a premium cut taken from the centre of the beef tenderloin. Incredibly tender, lean and packed with flavour, it’s served with roast vine tomatoes, baby gem lettuce, samphire and onion rings, alongside your choice of two sauces and two potato sides.

Perfect for date nights, celebrations or simply because you deserve it.

King Prawn & Chorizo Calamarta

A comforting pasta dish with just the right amount of warmth.

Calamarta pasta with king prawns and chorizo in a slow-cooked tomato, garlic and herb sauce, finished with a delicate chilli warmth that brings everything together perfectly.

Rich, satisfying and guaranteed to become a firm favourite.

 

Mediterranean Sea Bream

Fresh, vibrant and full of Mediterranean flavour.

Crisp-skinned sea bream fillets served with roasted tomato ratatouille, garlic potatoes, an asparagus and Parma ham parcel, all finished with a samphire gremolata.

A beautifully balanced dish that’s ideal if you’re looking for something a little lighter.
